WHAT IS IGNATIAN SPIRITUALITY?
Ignatian spirituality is a way of praying and living inspired by St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). Rooted in reflection, discernment, and compassionate action, Ignatian spirituality invites us to discover God in all things and respond with greater freedom, awareness, and love.
Rather than separating faith from everyday life, Ignatian spirituality encourages us to notice how God is present in our relationships, work, decisions, service, struggles, and joys.

CORE PRINCIPALS
Living the Ignatian Way
God in All Things
God is always present and active in everyday life — in moments of joy, challenge, service, silence, and relationship.
Discernment
Ignatian spirituality encourages thoughtful reflection and attentiveness to inner movements, helping us notice where God may be leading.
Freedom
We are invited to respond freely rather than being driven by fear, habit, or attachment.
Love Through Action
Faith is expressed not only through prayer, but also through compassionate action and accompaniment of others.

DAILY PRAYER
Prayer Resources for Everyday Life
Daily prayer practices help create space for reflection, gratitude, discernment, and awareness of God’s presence throughout ordinary life.
It might seem strange to pray at your computer, in front of a screen or using your
smartphone, especially if there are other people around you, or distracting noises. But
God is everywhere, all around us, constantly reaching out to us, even in the most
unlikely situations.
